Our Mission: Concern for
Animals (CFA) was co-founded in 1980 by Ann Albohn and Joyce Pearce. The
organization has been in continuous operation since its inception. The
CFA mission, as stated in the Articles of Incorporation, is to promote the
welfare of animals, especially domestic animals and pet stock, including
land and sea mammals, fish, birds and reptiles, in the streets and other
public places, on private properties where mistreatment of said animals
becomes obvious, in municipally and other governmentally run confinement
facilities, in privately run confinement facilities and or in the wilds;
to engage in education and promotional information distribution to the
general public for the betterment of said animal kind, to raise and
distribute funds for effectuating these purposes in any manner allowed by
the laws of the State of Washington and the United States, including the
funding or partial funding of a spay/neuter program for animals. Our Services:
