Our Mission
The mission that drove Ann Albohn and Joyce Pearce to found Concern for Animals in 1980 is the same mission that drives our efforts today -
To assist those struggling financially with pets in need of food, medical care, and spay/neuter procedures, and to promote the welfare of all animals.
We are a non-profit, charitable organization, 501(c)(3). We rely on donations, grants, estate bequests, and many fundraising projects to support our programs that help animals in the greater Olympia area. Started with the vision to help those who cannot help themselves, Concern for Animals has helped thousands of animals in need by providing a variety of veterinary services over the last 44 years.

We hope to help even more in the years to come!
