The CFA office will be closed from December 21st -- January 5th for the holidays and to complete the transition to our new technology system.

While we know this closure is inconvenient, we must recognize the break of the holidays and get our entire team trained on our new client management technology. This technology is the only way we will be able to help the 55,000+ people that qualify for our programs in Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and Grays Harbor counties. We are so excited to open the new year with more capacity to serve!

PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND KEEP THESE DETAILS IN MIND:

• CFA Pet Food Bank on 12/24 will run from 10AM - 1PM. Appointments must be made by 12PM on 12/20. Mobile drops planned for Elma & McCleary.

 

• CFA Pet Food Bank on 12/31/24 is cancelled.

 

• Phone calls to the CFA office will not be returned during this closure and there will be a temporary program pause as we train our dedicated staff, volunteers, and board members on how to use the new technology system. Vouchers will not be issued during this timeframe. We have compiled dozens of assistance organizations, rescues, shelters, and human service groups to help our clients during closures.

We will continue to post on social media during the closure and promote the resource pages while our programs are paused. We will keep you up to date on the training and continue to promote our community partners that serve you, the community, and animals in need.
